摘 要:以二号回风立井项目井筒的建设为例,在对该井筒围岩力学条件分析的基础上,提出了凿岩爆破参数设计的原则及理论计算依据;结合实际生产初步设计包括掏槽眼、辅助眼和周边眼共计98个,填装炸药量总计488.75 kg的爆破方案,并对爆破效果进行初步评估;然后,根据爆破效果总结初步设计爆破参数的不足,提出采用深度为5.3 m、圈径为1.6 m和2.0 m的二阶掏槽眼以及深度为5.4 m,圈径为6.6 m的周边眼,配套辅助眼总计99个,填装447.5 kg炸药的方案掘进。实践表明:优化后的凿岩爆破参数在一个循环内的掘进进尺增加至5.04 m,炮眼利用率显著提升到95%。Taking the shaft construction of No.2 return air shaft project as an example,based on the analysis of the mechanical conditions of the surrounding rock of the shaft,the paper puts forward the design principles of drilling and blasting parameters and the theoretical calculation basis,then preliminarily designs a blasting scheme including 98 cut holes,auxiliary holes and peripheral holes,and 488.75 kg of explosive charge,finally,based on the blasting effect,the paper proposes a tunneling plan with a total of 99 secondary cut holes with a depth of 5.3 m,a circle diameter of 1.6 m and 2.0 m,and a peripheral hole with a depth of 5.4 m,a circle diameter of 6.6 m and supporting auxiliary holes,filled with 447.5 kg explosives,whose practice shows that the driving footage of the optimized drilling and blasting parameters in a cycle is increased to 5.04 m,and the utilization rate of the blast hole is significantly increased to 95%.
