摘 要:卷筒装置是煤矿提升机中的重要承力结构件,运行稳定性会对提升机的运行可靠性产生重要影响。利用有限元方法对2JK/A-5型提升机卷筒装置的受力情况进行分析,发现整体受力存在明显的不均匀性,特别是辐板结构圆孔周边出现了明显的应力集中现象,会加速结构件的疲劳损伤,降低运行稳定性和使用寿命。以圆孔直径及其位置为优化对象,以辐板结构的应力集中最大值为优化目标,利用Ansys软件进行优化改进。结果发现优化改进后的辐板结构最大应力降低了17.8%,有效延长了结构件的使用寿命,创造了良好的安全效益和经济效益。The winding drum device is an important load-bearing structural component in the coal mine hoist,whose operation stability will have an important impact on the operation reliability of the hoist.Aiming at the obvious inhomogeneity of the overall force and the stress concentration around the circular hole of the spoke structure which will accelerate the fatigue damage of structural parts and reduce the operating stability and service life by analysis of the force of winding drum device in 2JK/A-5-typed hoist through finite element method,the author proposes the optimization on the diameter and position of the circular hole with Ansys software to realize the maximum stress concentration of the spoke structure,which can reduce the maximum stress by17.8% and effectively prolong the service life of the structural components with good safety and economic benefits.
