选煤厂漏电保护系统设计与试验

摘　　要：针对阳煤集团寿阳景福煤业有限公司罕山选煤厂漏电保护系统存在的故障信号检测困难的问题,设计了基于STM32微控制器的选煤厂漏电保护系统。重点介绍了漏电保护系统软硬件设计并完成系统动作特性、动作时间试验测试。测试结果表明,采用STM32微控制器方案的选煤厂漏电保护系统满足设计要求,提升了选煤厂配电系统的安全性和智能化水平。Aiming at the difficulty of fault signal detection of earth leakage protection system in Hanshan Coal Preparation Plant of Shouyang Jingfu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the paper introduces an earth leakage protection system based on STM 32 micro-controller,including its software and hardware design and experimental testing of operating characteristic and time,whose testing results show that the scheme can meet the design requirements and improve the safety and intelligentization of power distribution system in coal preparation plant.
