摘 要:飞行控制系统作为控制民机飞行的安全关键系统之一,负责控制飞机从地面起飞到安全降落的整个飞行过程,对安全性和可靠性有很高的要求、对3×2非相似余度民机飞控计算机Lockstep架构、作动器硬件容错架构、高安全实时操作系统选型和飞控系统的软件实现进行了深入研究,在飞行控制系统的软件实现环节采用了基于模型的开发方式,以余度管理为例,自动生成的代码经过验证和检查,满足飞行/仿真要求。在地面验证环节对关键技术进行了确认,为后续开展民机飞控系统国产化替代和机上试验打下了良好的技术基础。Flight control system is one of the safety-critical systems to control the flight of civil aircraft.It is responsible for controlling the entire flight process of the aircraft from the ground to the safe landing,which has high requirements for safety and reliability.In this paper,the Lockstep architecture of civil aircraft flight control computer with 3×2 dissimilarity redundancy,the hardware fault-tolerant architecture of actuators,the selection of high safety real-time operating system and the software implementation of flight control system are deeply studied.The model-based development method is verified in the software implementation of flight control system.Taking the redundancy management software as an example,the code of the automatic generation software The code generated automatically was verified and checked to meet the flight/simulation requirements.The key technologies were confirmed in the ground verification link,which laid a good technical foundation for the subsequent domestic substitution and in-flight test of civil aircraft flight control system.
