基于概率法评估贵州蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留累积膳食暴露风险

摘　　要：基于贵州1 680份蔬菜样品中联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯8种农药检测结果,通过建立贵州省蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯类农药累积暴露量数据库和不同人群每天单位体重的膳食摄入数据库,采用毒性效能因子法、@risk模拟计算不同人群累积暴露风险。结果显示,2~5岁儿童拟除虫菊酯类农药累积暴露风险最高,其中2~3岁和4~5岁男童P99累积暴露量分别为1.100、0.892μg/kg bw/d (未检出值使用1/2 LOD代替),占溴氰菊酯急性参考剂量的2.2%和1.8%,占溴氰菊酯ADI值的11.0%和8.9%。P99中2~3岁和4~5岁女童拟除虫菊酯类农药累积暴露量1.247、0.865μg/kg bw/d (未检出值使用1/2 LOD代替),占溴氰菊酯急性参考剂量的2.5%和1.7%,占溴氰菊酯AID值的12.5%和8.6%。Based on the detection results of 8 pesticides including bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin,cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin and fenvalerate in 1 680 vegetable samples in Guizhou, this study established a database of cumulative exposure of pyrethroid pesticides in Guizhou vegetables and a database of daily dietary intake per capita per unit weight in China, using the toxicity effectiveness factor method @Risk simulates the cumulative exposure risk of different populations. The results showed that the cumulative exposure risk of pyrethroid pesticides in children aged 2 to 5 years was the highest, and the cumulative P99 exposure of boys aged 2 to 3 and 4 to5 years were 1.100, 0.892 μg/kg bw/d(the undetected value is replaced by 1/2 LOD), accounting for 2.2% and 1.8% of the acute reference dose of deltamethrin, and accounting for 11.0% and 8.9% of the ADI value of deltamethrin. Cumulative exposure to pyrethroid pesticides in girls aged 2 to 3 years and 4 to 5 years in P99 1.247, 0.865 μg/kg bw/d(the undetected value is replaced by 1/2 LOD), accounting for 2.5% and 1.7% of the acute reference dose of deltamethrin, and accounting for 12.5% and 8.6% of deltamethrin AID value.
