摘　　要：西部地区高等教育虽成就卓著,但困难与挑战依然制约着其高质量发展。要走出困境,必须从高质量党建推进高等教育高质量发展;强化高校办学自主权,推动绿色可持续发展;完善高等教育布局结构,扩大优质资源供给;健全分类发展机制,引导高校特色发展;深化创新创业教育改革,提升大学生就业质量;强化人才队伍建设,构建西部高层次人才工作新局面;深化管理制度改革,激发高校内生动力;深化区域教育协作,不断推进西部地区高等教育高质量协调发展。Although higher education in western China has made outstanding achievements,difficulties and challenges still restrict its high-quality development.To get out of the predicament,we must promote the high-quality development of higher education from high-quality party building;Strengthen the autonomy of running colleges and universities and promote green and sustainable development;Improve the layout structure of higher education and expand the supply of high-quality resources;Improve the classified development mechanism and guide the characteristic development of colleges and universities;Deepen the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Improve the Employment Quality of College Students;Strengthen the construction of talent team and build a new situation of high-level talent work in western China;Deepen the reform of management system and stimulate the endogenous motivation of colleges and universities;Deepen regional educational cooperation and continuously promote the high-quality coordinated development of higher education in the western region.
