摘  要:为了揭示舱室结构尺寸对内爆炸角隅处冲击波载荷汇聚效应的影响规律,对典型的舰船模拟舱室开展内爆炸实验研究,利用实验数据校准数值仿真模型,继而设计了12种不同舱室结构尺寸的数值模型进行内爆炸仿真研究。当边长比为1时,角隅结构对冲击波的汇聚作用最强;随着舱室结构尺寸比例的增大,三面角隅处的汇聚系数下降;双面角隅处汇聚系数先下降后上升,边长比为2时取得最小值;双面角隅处高压区域的范围从集中在角隅处到趋向于集中到短壁面一侧。研究成果对舰船舱室抗爆设计及内爆炸毁伤评估具有一定的应用参考价值。To reveal the effect law of the structure size of chamber on the impact wave convergence effect at the explosive corner of the chamber.The inner explosive experiment study on the typical,ship simulation chamber is conducted.The numerical simulation model is calibrated with the experimental data,and then 12 kinds of different numerical models of are designed for cabin structural dimensions.When the edge length ratio is 1,the corner structure has the strongest convergence on the impact wave,with the increase of dimension ratio of the chamber structure,the convergence coefficient deereases at the corner of trihednal angle,the minimum value is obtained when the edge length ratio is 2;the high pressure area at the double corner ranges from the concentrated at the corner to the short wall side.The research results have some reference value to the anti-explosion design and evaluation of internal explosion damage in the ship chamber.
