基于信息生态视角的网络学术社区用户参与行为影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为推动网络学术社区的可持续发展提供建议。[方法/过程]基于UTAUT模型和信息生态理论,选取小木虫社区为研究案例,结合网络学术社区的基本特征,引入信息环境激励性、信息质量、系统质量等自变量,构建网络学术社区用户参与行为的影响因素理论模型,对模型进行实证检验。[结果/结论]模型的适用性通过检验,在网络学术社区中信息环境激励性、信息质量等均正向影响用户参与意愿,系统质量和用户参与意愿均正向影响用户参与行为,据此提出决策建议。[Purpose/significance] It aims to provide suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of network academic community. [Method/process] Based on the UTAUT model and the theory of information ecology,this paper selects the small woodworm community as a case study,combines the basic characteristics of network academic community,introduces some independent variables such as the incentive of information environment,the quality of information,the quality of system,etc. ,constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors of user participation behavior in online academic community,and tests the model empirically. [Result/conclusion] The applicability of the model passes the test. The incentive of the information environment and the quality of the information positively affect the user’s willingness to participate in the network academic community,and both system quality and the user’s willingness to participate have positive effects on user’s participation behavior. Based on this,decision-making suggestions are put forward.
