摘 要:蒸发处理高盐有机废水的一个关键环节是控制蒸发结垢,其中有机物对碳酸钙结垢的影响并不清晰。选取3种典型有机物即牛血清蛋白、海藻酸钠和腐殖酸,通过模拟碳酸钙结垢试验,探究高盐有机废水蒸发结晶过程中有机物对碳酸钙结垢的影响。结果表明:从碳酸钙结垢速率来看,牛血清蛋白对碳酸钙结垢速率几乎没有影响,而海藻酸钠和腐殖酸均对碳酸钙结垢有抑制作用;不同浓度有机物和反应时间对碳酸钙结垢的影响效果差异较大;3种典型有机物均能够改变碳酸钙的晶型和形貌,其中牛血清蛋白在高浓度条件下对碳酸钙形貌和结构的影响较大,而海藻酸钠对碳酸钙晶型的影响较为不稳定,腐殖酸可以改变碳酸钙的形貌且影响较大,但其仅在反应较长时间后才可改变碳酸钙晶型。通过分析不同有机物对碳酸钙结垢的影响效果,可为优化处理工艺参数提供参考,以减缓高盐有机废水蒸发结晶过程中碳酸钙结垢现象。A key part of evaporation treatment of high salinity organic wastewater is to control evaporative scaling, but the effect of organic matter on calcium carbonate scaling is not clear.This paper selects three typical organic compounds, i.e.,bovine serum albumin, sodium alginate, and humic acid, and simulates calcium carbonate scaling procedure to explore the effect of organic matter on calcium carbonate scaling during evaporation crystallization treatment process of high salinity organic wastewater.The results are as follows: in terms of scaling rate, bovine serum albumin almost has no effect on the scaling rate of calcium carbonate, while sodium alginate and humic acid both have inhibitory effects on calcium carbonate scaling;the effect of different concentrations of organic matter and reaction time on scaling is quite different;all three typical organic compounds can change the crystal form and morphology of calcium carbonate;bovine serum albumin has a greater effect on morphology and structure under high concentration conditions, while sodium alginate has a relatively unstable effect on calcium carbonate crystal form, and the morphology of calcium carbonate can be greatly influenced by humic acid, but its crystal form can only be changed after a long time of reaction.By analyzing the effect of different types of organics, we can optimize the process parameters accordingly to slow down the scaling phenomenon in the evaporation crystallization process.
