摘 要:以芳纶1414为原料制得芳纶1414针刺非织造滤材,研究了芳纶1414针刺非织造滤材的性能。结果表明:芳纶1414针刺非织造滤材的力学性能、尺寸稳定性能、抗静电性能、阻燃性能、空气过滤性能等都与其面密度和厚度有一定关系;随着面密度增大,芳纶1414针刺非织造滤材的断裂强度增大,断裂伸长率减小,顶破强力增大,受热后尺寸稳定性提高,耐老化性能提高,抗静电性能降低,阻燃性能降低,空气过滤效率提高;芳纶1414针刺非织造滤材过滤性能优良,在高温烟气环境领域有广泛的应用前景。Aramid 1414 needle-punched nonwoven filter material was prepared with aramid 1414 fiber as raw material.And its properties were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties,dimensional stability,antistatic properties,flame retardancy and air filtration properties of aramid 1414 needle-punched nonwoven filter materials were related to their surface density and thickness;the breaking strength of aramid 1414 needle-punched nonwoven filter material increased,the elongation at break decreased,the bursting strength increased,the dimensional stability increased after heating process,the aging resistance increased,the antistatic property decreased,the flame retardancy decreased,and the air filtration efficiency increased with the increase of surface density;and aramid 1414 needle-punched nonwoven filter material had broad application prospects in the field of high-temperature flue gas environment due to excellent filtration performance.
