摘 要:介绍了1,4-丁二酸(SA)的市场、生产技术现状,预测SA未来发展趋势,重点分析了SA几种主要生产技术路线的特点及方向,提出了合理的发展建议。2021年,国外SA总生产能力超过515 kt/a,国内SA总生产能力约119 kt/a,产量约75 kt,进口量约40 kt,消费量约115 kt。SA消费领域主要集中在可降解塑料、食品、医药、农药等领域,其中可降解聚酯消费占比70%以上。已工业化的SA生产工艺主要有催化加氢法、电化学法和生物法,其中催化加氢法加工成本低、工艺流程短;电化学法受原料顺酐价格影响较大,能耗较高;生物发酵法以可再生生物质为原料,符合绿色化工要求,但成本较高、产生废水较多。随着“限塑令”的深入实施,作为可降解聚酯产品的原料,SA将迎来广阔的发展前景,建设液化气-顺酐-SA一体化产业链装置,或者采用符合绿色化工要求的生物发酵法生产SA将具有更好的发展潜力。The market and production technology status of 1,4-succinic acid(SA)were introduced.The development trend of SA was predicted in future.The characteristics and direction of several main production technology routes of SA were emphatically analyzed.And some reasonable development suggestion were put forward.The total production capacity of SA will exceed 515 kt/a outside China and will be about 119 kt/a in China,and the output,the import and the consumption will be about 75 kt,40 kt and 115 kt,respectively,in 2021.The SA consumption mainly focuses on the fields of degradable plastics,food,medicine,pesticide,etc.,among which the consumption of degradable polyester accounts for more than 70%.The industrialized SA production processes mainly include catalytic hydrogenation,electrochemical method and biological method,among which the catalytic hydrogenation has low processing cost and short process,the electrochemical method is greatly affected by the price of maleic anhydride and requires high energy consumption,and the biological fermentation method using renewable biomass as raw material meets the requirements of green chemical industry,but has high cost and generates more wastewater.With the in-depth implementation of the"plastic restriction order",SA as the raw material of degradable polyester products will usher in a broad development prospect.It will have better development potential to build liquefied gas-maleic anhydride-SA integrated industrial chain plants or to produce SA by biological fermentation method that meets the requirements of green chemistry.
