摘 要:详述了氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))超细纤维的制备方法、各方法的优缺点,以及各方法的工艺参数对纤维形貌和性能的影响,简述了Al_(2)O_(3)超细纤维的应用现状,并对今后Al_(2)O_(3)超细纤维的研发提出建议。Al_(2)O_(3)超细纤维的制备方法主要包括离心纺丝、静电纺丝、溶液喷射纺丝及静电-溶液喷射纺丝,其中静电-溶液喷射纺丝法生产Al_(2)O_(3)超细纤维质量好、生产效率高,将来最有可能实现工业化生产。Al_(2)O_(3)超细纤维主要应用在吸附过滤、高温隔热、工业催化等领域。目前Al_(2)O_(3)超细纤维还没有实现工业化生产,今后应加强纺丝液的稳定性研究,加快大规模连续化稳定生产Al_(2)O_(3)超细纤维的装置研发,加强Al_(2)O_(3)超细纤维在民用市场的应用研究。The preparation methods of ultrafine alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))fibers and their advantages and disadvantages were described in details,as was the influence of the process parameters of each method on the fiber morphology and properties.The application status of ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3) fibers was briefly described,and some suggestions on the research and development of ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3) fibers were put forward in the future.The preparation methods of ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3) fibers mainly include centrifugal spinning,electrospinning,solution blow spinning and electrostatic solution blow spinning.The electrostatic solution blow spinning method provides high-quality ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3) fibers at high production efficiency,which is most likely to realize industrial production in the future.Ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3) fiber is mainly used in the fields of adsorption filtration,high temperature insulation,industrial catalysis,etc..The industrial production of ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3) fiber has not been realized by now.It is necessary to strengthen the stability research of spinning solution,accelerate the research and development of ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3) fiber large-scale continuous and stable production equipment and strengthen the application research of ultrafine Al_(2)O_(3) fiber in the civil market in the future.
