摘　　要：以一步法全拉伸丝(FDY)热辊纺丝设备为平台,纺制83 dtex/72 f细旦异形截面(正三角形截面)阳离子染料常压可染聚酯(ECDP)FDY,探讨了细旦异形截面ECDP FDY的生产工艺,并对其性能进行了表征。结果表明:控制ECDP切片含水量在24μg/g以下,选择直径为85 mm的72孔三角截面喷丝板,在纺丝温度为280℃,纺丝速度为3800 m/min,拉伸倍数为2.52,三个热辊温度依次为80,112,130℃的工艺条件下生产83 dtex/72 f细旦正三角形截面ECDP FDY,生产稳定;纤维正三角形截面清晰,断裂强度为2.93 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为40.56%,沸水收缩率为11.52%,染色均匀度为4.5级,满足后道织造要求。An 83 dtex/72 f fine denier profiled(regular triangular cross section)easy cationic dyeable polyester(ECDP)fully-drawn yarn(FDY)was spun on a one-step FDY hot roll spinning equipment.The production process of fine denier profiled ECDP FDY was discussed,and its properties were characterized.The results showed that the 83 dtex/72 f fine denier regular triangle ECDP FDY could be stably produced when the spinning conditions were controlled as followed:the water content of ECDP chip lower than 24μg/g,72-hole trianglar section spinneret with a diameter of 85 mm,spinning temperature of 280℃,spinning speed of 3800 m/min,draw ratio of 2.52,and three hot roller temperatures of 80,112,and 130℃;and the produced fiber had clear regular triangular cross section and a breaking strength of 2.93 cN/dtex,elongation at break of 40.56%,boiling water shrinkage of 11.52%and dyeing evenness of 4.5,meeting the subsequent weaving requirements.
