摘  要:采用氯化钙/乙醇法对桑蚕丝/羊毛、桑蚕丝/黏胶纤维二组分混纺产品进行定量分析,并与75%硫酸法和次氯酸钠法定量分析结果进行对比。结果表明:氯化钙/乙醇法对羊毛、黏胶纤维基本无损伤,羊毛、黏胶纤维的质量修正系数均为1.00;氯化钙/乙醇法定量分析较优条件为浴比1150、温度70℃、振荡时间30 min,该方法操作简便、省时高效;相较于75%硫酸法和次氯酸钠法,氯化钙/乙醇法定量分析结果偏离幅度更小、与标准值更接近、准确性更高;氯化钙/乙醇法所用试剂对人体和环境无毒害作用,是绿色环保试剂,符合当今绿色可持续发展理念。The calcium chloride/ethanol method was used to quantitatively analyze the bi-component blended fabrics of mulberry silk/wool and mulberry silk/viscose fiber,and the results were compared with those of 75%sulfuric acid method and sodium hypochlorite method.The results showed that the calcium chloride/ethanol method gave little damage to wool and viscose fiber,and the coefficient of quality correctiion of wool and viscose fiber was 1.00;the quantitative analysis conditions of calcium chloride/ethanol method were optimized as bath ratio 1150,temperature 70℃,oscillation time 30 min,and this method had the advantages of simple operation,time-saving and high efficiency;compared with 75%sulfuric acid method and sodium hypochlorite method,calcium chloride/ethanol method provided the quantitative analysis results closer to the standard value with less deviation and higher accuracy;and the reagents used in calcium chloride/ethanol method were green environmental protection reagents with no toxic effect on human body and environment,conforming to the concept of green sustainable development today.
