摘 要:为研究LNG运输船在并靠过驳状态下遭遇风浪流耦合作用下的稳定性,以14.7万立方米和6万立方米LNG运输船并靠系泊系统为研究对象,建立两船组合体锚泊与系泊配置模型,考虑锚地水深及环境因素作用影响,通过数值模拟方法计算两船组合体在海上开阔水域环境条件作用下的两船运动响应及锚泊与系泊设备受力情况,定量评估不同布置方案对开展过驳作业稳定性的影响,并进一步通过提高环境载荷强度,验证拖轮对两船稳定性的影响效果并提出拖轮配置方案。模拟结果得出在顶风顶流条件下,一字锚泊较于单锚锚泊方式的横荡、纵荡和首摇运动响应更小,两船组合体的稳定性更高,拖轮可有效减小船舶纵荡和首摇运动幅度,提高过驳作业环境条件阈值,适用于应急过驳作业场景。To study the stability of LNG carriers under the coupling of wind, waves, and currents in the state of side-byside berthing, the mooring system of 147 000 m3 and 60 000 m3 LNG carriers was used as the research object, and the configuration of mooring and anchoring of the two-ship combination was established. Considering the impact of anchorage water depth and environmental factors, numerical simulation methods are used to calculate the motion response of the ships, and the force of the anchoring and mooring equipment, and evaluate the effects of different layout schemes. Furtherly improve the environmental load intensity, verify the effect of the tugboat on the stability of the two ships, and propose the tugboat configuration plan. The simulation results show that under the conditions of heading wind and flow, the ordinary anchoring method has a smaller amplitude of swaying, surging and yawing motions, and the stability of the ship combination is higher,the tugs can effectively reduce the amplitude of swaying and yawing motion, improve the working conditions of the overside threshold, suitable for emergency transfer operation scene.
