摘 要:多点系泊FPSO的首部和尾部均布置有系泊缆,立管通常布置在舷侧中部,因此需要在舷侧安装相应的结构以支撑海底钢悬链线立管(SCR)载荷及甲板上部立管平台和立管提拉设备模块的重量。同时为了防止舷侧立管遭受其他船舶的撞击而发生泄漏和损坏,需要安装立管保护结构。本文以大连船舶重工集团为国外船东设计和建造的一艘30万吨多点系泊FPSO为例,从实际工程设计的角度阐述多点系泊FPSO舷侧立管支撑结构的设计要点,为今后多点系泊FPSO立管支撑结构设计提供借鉴。Mooring lines are arranged in the fore end and aft end for spread moored FPSO. The riser is generally arranged in the middle of the ship side. Therefore, the structure is installed on the ship side to support the steel catenary riser(SCR) load and the weight of the riser platform and riser pull-in module. After the same time, in order to prevent leakage and damage of the side riser caused by the impact of other ships, it is necessary to install the riser protection structure. Taking a 300 000 ton spread moored FPSO designed and built by DSIC for a foreign ship owner as an example, this paper expounds the key point of the riser support structure of spread moored FPSO from the perspective of practical engineering design, providing reference for the design of the riser support structure of spread moored FPSO in the future.
