摘 要:结合炼化企业提升水务管理的整体要求,针对炼化企业水场系统运行特点,开发设备故障诊断及寿命预测技术、智能化验分析技术、水场指标分析与评价技术、水场综合健康评价技术、水场全局优化技术、水场预测预警技术及水场智能决策系统,形成了炼化企业水场智能决策成套技术,全面推进水场决策智能化的应用工作。经实施与应用表明:该成套技术有效实现了企业水场的集中管控、性能分析、健康评价、预测预警及整体优化,助力企业节能、减排、降本、增效,全面提升了水场的运行管理水平和服务保障能力。In combination with the overall requirements of refining and chemical enterprise to improve water management, and in view of the operating characteristics of the water plant system of refining and chemical enterprises, equipment fault diagnosis and life prediction technology, intelligent laboratory analysis technology, indicator analysis and evaluation technology, comprehensive health evaluation technology, global optimization technology, prediction and early warning technology and intelligent decision-making system of the demonstration water plant are developed, A complete set of technologies for intelligent decision-making of refinery enterprise water field has been formed to comprehensively promote the application of intelligent decision-making of water field. After implementation and application, the technology has effectively realized the centralized management and control, performance analysis, health evaluation, prediction and early warning and overall optimization of enterprise water field, helped the enterprise to save energy, reduce emissions, reduce costs and increase efficiency. the operation management level and service guarantee capability of the water field are comprehensively improved.
