摘 要:旁路调节是往复式压缩机常用的排气量调节方式,但调节过程中往复式压缩机处于满负荷运行状态,在低流量条件下造成资源浪费。针对该问题,介绍了一种基于顶开气阀回流省工机理的气量无级调节技术,以及采用该技术的气量无级调节系统组成和工作原理。通过AMSim系统仿真和试验深入研究了该技术,仿真和试验结果表明:该技术的节能效果显著,能够保证装置安全稳定的运行。Bypass regulation is a common way to regulate the displacement of reciprocating compressor, but the reciprocating compressor is in full load operation during the regulation process, which causes waste of resources under low flow conditions. Aiming at this problem, a gas flow stepless regulation technology based on the principle of saving labor by backflow of top opening gas valve, as well as the composition and working principle of the gas flow stepless regulation system using this technology is introduced. The technology is deeply studied through AMSim system simulation and test. The simulation and test results show that the technology has significant energy saving effect, and can ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
