摘　　要：农村残疾人充分就业对残疾人事业和农村地区经济的快速发展均具有重要意义,是关乎我国经济社会发展全局和乡村振兴战略实施的重要环节。目前,农村残疾人的就业存在与健全者群体形成竞争、就业质量低及就业稳定性差等问题。通过对上述就业困境背后的复杂成因进行深入分析,并基于国内农村残疾人就业的实际开展情况,建议从宏观层面、中观层面及微观层面对残疾人就业予以帮扶。The full employment of rural disabled persons is of great significance to the cause of disabled persons and rapid economic development of rural areas, which is bound up with China’s overall economic development and the implementation of strategy of rural revitalization. At present, the employment of disabled persons in rural areas presents problems such as employment competition between them and able-bodied groups, low employment quality and poor employment stability. Through the in-depth analysis of the complex causes behind the above employment difficulties, and based on the actual development of domestic rural disabled people’s employment situation, this paper proposes to help them from the macro-level, the middle-level and the micro-level.
