摘　　要：本文介绍乙烯厂甲醇车间净化水固定管板式换热器,换热管检修更换作业,采用了合理、可行的施工顺序过程,采用先进的机械方法抽取更换换热管的方法,管子与管板间采用焊接连接的方法,具有换热器检修过程简单,生产效率高、适用范围广的优点,能在换热器检修行业中有起到参考的作用。This paper introduces the maintenance and replacement of purified water fixed tubesheet heat exchanger in methanol workshop of ethylene plant.It adopts a reasonable and feasible construction sequence process,adopts advanced mechanical method to extract and replace heat exchanger tubes,and adopts the method of welding connection between tubes and tubesheets.It has the advantages of simple maintenance process of heat exchanger,high production efficiency and wide application range.It can play a reference role in the maintenance industry of heat exchanger.
