摘  要:近年来,随着体积压裂工艺在中江气田的不断推广应用,单井产能大幅提升,但随之而来的气井大量出砂严重冲蚀井站流程设备,存在极大的安全隐患,阻碍着气田的安全生产。通过介绍典型体积压裂井生产概况,归纳出砂冲蚀问题,总结采取的各项冲蚀对策及效果,能为气田冲蚀防治及技术选择提供一定参考。In recent years,with the continuous promotion and application of volume fracturing technology in Zhongjiang gas field,the productivity of single well had been greatly increased.However,a large amount of sand from the gas well had seriously eroded the process equipment of the well station,and there were great potential safety hazards,hindering the safe production of the gas field.By introducing the production situation of typical volume fracturing wells,the sand erosion problem was summarized,and the erosion countermeasures and effects were summarized,which could provide some reference for erosion prevention and technology selection of gas fields.
