摘 要:油田埋地管道经长时间运行之后会受到不确定因素影响而出现腐蚀问题。当腐蚀问题表现过于严重时,可能会引发埋地管道渗漏、破损等一系列质量缺陷问题。再加上油田埋地管道长时间处于地下工作环境,容易受到环境因素干扰而导致管道防腐层出现破损问题。不难看出,油田埋地管道运行隐患因素相对较多,亟待解决。针对于此,本文主要结合油田埋地管道防腐层破损原因,对油田埋地管道防腐层破损点检测方法及防范措施进行总结归纳。After long-term operation,the buried pipeline in oil field will be affected by uncertain factors and have corrosion problems.When the corrosion problem is too serious,a series of quality defects such as leakage and damage of buried pipelines may be caused.In addition,the buried pipeline in the oil field is in the underground working environment for a long time,which is easy to be disturbed by environmental factors,resulting in the damage of the pipeline anti-corrosion coating.It is not difficult to see that there are relatively many hidden dangers in the operation of buried pipelines in oil fields,which need to be solved urgently.In view of this,this paper mainly summarizes the detection methods and preventive measures of the damaged points of the anticorrosive coating of the buried pipeline in the oil field,combined with the causes of the damage of the anticorrosive coating of the buried pipeline in the oil field.
