长尾理论应用于高校图书馆馆藏利用研究热点分析及对读者服务的启示

摘　　要：长尾理论应用于高校图书馆馆藏利用研究的可视化分析,主要是为总结及呈现这一主题研究热点和发展趋势,对高校图书馆的读者服务、科学化管理及馆藏建设研究有一定积极意义。以中国知网(CNKI)的学术期刊库数据为来源,利用CiteSpace可视化文献分析软件,对国内长尾理论应用于高校图书馆馆藏利用研究学术成果进行了分析,发现图书情报学界这一主题研究热点聚焦于利用需求及聚合机制等研究观点与长尾理论研究结合以提升馆藏利用率、长尾效应对图书馆信息服务模式变革启示等热点,基于长尾理论及相关应用研究文献分析,提出了馆藏利用数据挖掘、读者需求聚合分析、个性化定向推送服务等改进高校图书馆读者服务的具体措施。The application of long tail theory to the visualized analysis of university library’s collection utilization research is mainly to summarize and present the research hotspots and development trends of this topic,which has certain positive significance for the research of reader service,scientific management and collection construction of university libraries. Based on the data of academic journal database in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper analyzes the academic achievements of the application of the long tail theory in the utilization of university library’s collections in China by using the visual literature analysis software CiteSpace,finding that the research hotspots of this topic in the field of library and information science focus on the combination of research viewpoints such as demand and aggregation mechanism with the long tail theory research to improve the utilization rate of library collections and the enlightenment of the long tail effect on the reform of library information service mode,and based on the long tail theory and related application research literature analysis,puts forward some concrete measures to improve the reader service of university library,such as data mining of collection utilization,aggregation analysis of readers’ demand,and personalized directional push service,etc.
