摘　　要：阐述了科技情报信息服务机构的现状,分析了新时代科技情报信息服务的需求变化,提出了强化信息资源的开发利用深度、保持信息服务的针对性、强化网络化建设、强化区域性资源共享和强化人才队伍建设等科技情报信息服务的途径,以期为我国科技情报信息服务工作质量的提升提供一定的理论参考。This paper expounds the current situation of sci-tech information service institutions,analyzes the changes in the demand for sci-tech information services in the new era,and puts forward some ways to strengthen the development and utilization of information resources,maintain the pertinence of information services,strengthen networking construction,strengthen regional resource sharing,and strengthen the construction of talent teams,aiming to provide some theoretical reference for the improvement of the quality of sci-tech information service in China.
