摘　　要：研制了一种电力用油污染度现场检测装置,可以直接连接在油箱的取样阀门上测量电力用油的颗粒污染度,开发了故障诊断软件,可以分析油中颗粒污染物的尺寸,与实验室台式颗粒污染度检测仪进行比对。实验结果表明:该装置检测出电力用油中颗粒度含量范围与实验室检测偏差在6%以内,表明该设备具有较好的稳定性和实用性。The degree contamination detection device in electric power oils is developed,it can be directly connected to the sampling valve of the oil tank to measure the particle pollution degree of the electric power oil,and a fault diagnosis software has been developed.The experimental results show that the range of particle size in electric power oil detected by the device is less than 6%,which shows that the device has good stability and practicability.
