摘 要:该文基于对带负功率控制的闭式卷扬液压系统原理的分析,深入研究了其闭式系统与开式系统之间的相关参数的传递关系。为寻求两类系统之间的匹配方法,对其控制过程中变量的传递关系进行了分析,进一步提出功率平衡和扭矩平衡两种控制策略,并通过AMESim仿真模型验证了扭矩平衡控制策略的可行性,为最终实现该系统全闭环控制,提升系统操作性能和主机吊重能力,降低系统能耗提供了理论支持。Based on the analysis of the principle of the closed hoisting winch system with negative power control,the transfer relationship of related parameters between the closed system and the open system is deeply studied in this paper.In order to find a matching method between the two types of systems,the transfer relationship of variables in the control process is analyzed,and two control strategies of power balance and torque balance are further proposed.The feasibility of the torque balance control strategy is verified through the AMESim simulation model.It is proved that the control strategy realizes the full closed-loop control of the hoisting winch system,improves the operating performance and lifting capacity of the main engine,and reduces the energy consumption of the system.
