摘　　要：畜禽养殖过程中,免疫疫苗接种是疾病防治的关键手段。疫苗的科学注射可以有效避免畜禽养殖中的疾病问题,提高畜禽的生产性能与机体健康状况。随着肉鸡养殖的规模及数量的不断扩大,肉鸡养殖中出现的问题也开越来越多,寄生虫疾病中球虫感染是肉鸡养殖过程中一种常见的疾病种类,主要会导致肉鸡的生产性能显著下降,采食量显著降低等情况,严重威胁肉鸡养殖的经济效益。现阶段球虫疫苗主要包括弱毒疫苗、强毒疫苗及现代生物技术疫苗等,在肉鸡养殖过程中球虫免疫防治方面发挥着重要的作用。该文对现阶段肉鸡养殖过程中球虫疾病疫苗防治措施的研究进展进行介绍,希望为肉鸡养殖中球虫疾病的科学预防及家禽产业的健康发展提供参考。In the process of livestock and poultry breeding,immunization vaccines are the key means of disease prevention and treatment.Scientific injection of vaccines can effectively avoid disease problems in livestock and poultry breeding,and improve the production performance and body health of livestock and poultry.With the continuous expansion of the scale and number of broiler breeding in my country,more and more problems have arisen in broiler breeding.Coccidia infection among parasitic diseases is a common type of disease in broiler breeding,which mainly leads to the production of broilers.The performance is significantly reduced,and the feed intake is significantly reduced,which seriously threatens the economic benefits of broiler breeding.At this stage,coccidial vaccines mainly include attenuated vaccines,virulent vaccines and modern biotechnology vaccines,etc.,which play an important role in the prevention and control of coccidial immunity in the process of broiler breeding.The following will introduce the research progress of coccidiosis vaccine control measures in broiler breeding at this stage,hoping to provide reference for the scientific prevention of coccidiosis in broiler breeding and the healthy development of my country’s poultry industry.
