摘  要:水平衡测试是工业企业水务精细化管理与节水管理的重要抓手。以新疆东部哈密地区一燃煤火电厂为例,在详细了解其用水工艺及用水环节的基础上,开展了为期7d的水平衡动态测试,明确了火电厂各个子系统不同环节的取用水量,分析了其用水水平及合理性,并依据有关标准进行了节水水平评价。结果表明,火电厂生产环节用水处于先进节水水平;而生活用水定额超标,应进一步加强节水管理。Water balance test is an important measure of water delicacy management and water saving management in industrial enterprises. Taking a coal-fired power plant in Hami region in the east of Xinjiang as an example, based on a detailed understanding of its water use process and water use links, a 7-day dynamic water balance test was carried out to determine the water intake and consumption of various subsystems in the power plant. This paper analyzed its water consumption level and rationality, and evaluated its water saving level according to relevant standards. The results show that the water consumption in the production link of the power plant is at the advanced water saving level;however, the domestic water quota exceed the standard,and the water saving management should be further strengthened.
