摘 要:在概述X煤矿矿井水生产机理及水质的基础上,对现状处理工艺的技术优劣势进行了梳理与比较,并提出“高密度澄清池+锰砂过滤+除氟吸附过滤+臭氧-生物活性炭+超滤”的深度处理工艺,对该处理工艺的技术参数进行了设计探讨。结果表明,该处理工艺在矿井水中悬浮物颗粒的净化,氟化物、NH_(3)-N、BOD_(5)、COD、SS、铁、锰、石油类污染物处理,设备性能及处理效果稳定性,抗冲击性能,脱盐率等方面均较好,处理后的矿井水水质可达到地表水Ⅲ类标准,应在煤矿矿井水处理方面推广应用。Based on the overview of the production mechanism and water quality of mine water in X Coal Mine, this paper combed and compared the technical advantages and disadvantages of the current treatment process, proposed the advanced treatment process of "high density clarifier + manganese sand filtration + defluoridation adsorption filtration + ozone-biological activated carbon + ultrafiltration", and designed and discussed the technical parameters of the treatment process. The results show that the treatment process in the mine water suspended particulate purification, fluoride, NH_(3)-N, BOD_(5), COD, SS, iron, manganese,petroleum pollutants treatment, equipment performance and treatment effect stability, impact resistance, desalination rate and other aspects are good, the treated mine water quality can reach the surface water Class Ⅲ standard. It should be popularized and applied in mine water treatment.
