摘　　要：萨哈(雅库特)共和国是俄罗斯最大的联邦主体,也是重要的自然资源富集区和生态、文化宝库。近年来,在俄罗斯远东和北极发展战略的促进和引领下,萨哈(雅库特)共和国展现出了积极的开放姿态与极大的内生发展动力,其资源禀赋与中国广大的市场呈现出良好的互补性。本研究尝试梳理双方当前合作脉络,以《中俄在俄罗斯远东地区合作发展规划(2018-2024)》和俄罗斯《2024年前远东发展国家纲要及2035年远景目标》等纲领性文件规划的优先方向为主要依据,分析双方合作前景,结合现实需求与远景目标提出可行性行动路径。The Republic of Sakha(Yakutia),Russia's largest federal entity,is an essential natural resource enrichment region and ecological and cultural treasure house.In recent years,under the promotion and guidance of Russia's Far East and Arctic development strategies,the Republic of Sakha(Yakutia)has shown positive open attitude and significant endogenous development momentum.Its resource endowments and China's vast market have shown good complementarity.This paper attempts to sort out the current cooperation context between the two sides,analyzes the prospects of cooperation based on the priority directions planned in the Program for Cooperation and Development in the Russian Far East between China and Russia(2018-2024),the National Outline for the Development of the Far East by 2024 and Long-range Goals for 2035 and other programmatic documents,and proposes feasible action paths combining the realistic needs and long-range goals.
