防治骨质疏松症中药保健品及中成药组方分析

摘　　要：目的 归纳分析防治骨质疏松症(OP)的中药保健品和中成药应用现状及组方规律。方法 检索药智网,获得增加骨密度的中药保健品及防治OP中成药,利用中医传承辅助平台V2.5和Excel2016分析其组方规律。结果 共获得增加骨密度的保健品信息694条,其中名称重复48种,未注明成分45种,主要成分含有中药319种,使用频次≥20的中药有8味,共使用390次,分别为淫羊藿、骨碎补、大豆、杜仲、珍珠、葛根、补骨脂、枸杞子。检索到防治OP的中成药信息22条,名称重复1种,使用频次≥5的中药有6味,共使用42次,分别为淫羊藿、熟地黄、骨碎补、续断、牡蛎、补骨脂。结论 防治OP的中药保健品及中成药主要通过补益肝肾、强筋健骨、健脾益气、活血止痛发挥作用。本研究为研发具有增加骨密度的中药保健品及中成药提供新思路。Objective To summarize and analyze the application status and prescription rules of TCM health care products and Chinese patent medicine for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis(OP). Methods The database of yaozhi. com was searched to obtain health care products that increase bone density and Chinese patent medicines for the prevention and treatment of OP. Results Totally 694 pieces of health care products with the function of increasing bone mineral density were obtained in the database of yaozhi.com, including 48 repeated names, 45 kinds of unspecified components, and 319 kinds of Chinese materia medica. 8 kinds of Chinese materia medica were with the frequency≥20 times, with the total frequency of 390 times. The frequency ranking was Epimedii Folium,Drynariae Rhizoma, Sojae Semen, Eucommiae Cortex, Margarita, Puerariae Lobatue Radix, Psoraleae Fructus,Lycii Fructus. 22 pieces of information about Chinese patent medicines for the prevention and treatment of OP were retrieved, including 1 repeated name. 6 kinds of Chinese materia medica were with the frequency ≥5, with the total frequency of 42 times. The frequency ranking was Epimedii Folium, Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Drynariae Rhizoma, Dipsaci Radix, Ostreae Concha and Psoraleae Fructus. Conclusion TCM health care products and Chinese patent medicines for the prevention and treatment of OP mainly play their roles by nourishing liver and kidney,strengthening tendons and bones, strengthening spleen and nourishing qi, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain. The research provides new ideas for the development of TCM health care products and Chinese patent medicines that increasing bone mineral density.
