摘　　要：黄新艳教授认为肾脏病基本病机在脾肾亏虚,可夹杂湿邪、瘀血等多种实邪,通过临证加减巩堤丸,运用于慢性肾功能衰竭、慢性肾小球肾炎、肾病综合征等病情迁延难愈的肾脏疾病,不仅改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量,还可延缓肾功能衰竭,改善患者预后。Professor Huang Xinyan believes that the basic pathogenesis of kidney diseases lies in the deficiency of spleen and kidney, which can be mixed with various excessive pathogenic factors such as dampness pathogenic factors and blood stasis. Through clinical modification of Gongdi Pills, it can be applied to chronic renal failure,chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome and other chronic kidney diseases, which can not only improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients, but also delay renal failure and improve the prognosis of patients.
