摘　　要：癔病性失语多为剧烈情绪刺激、心理失衡引发的功能性发声障碍,单纯运用现代医学疗法或中药干预,疗程长且易反复。宁夏名老中医戴玉勤师承针灸名家朱琏、程莘农先生,善用管针疗法治疗癔病性失语,常以环跳为主穴,配穴精简,手法独到,配合心理疏导,取得良好疗效。Hysterical aphasia is mainly a functional vocal disorder caused by severe emotional stimulation and psychological imbalance. The treatment course of hysterical aphasia with modern medicine therapy or TCM intervention is relatively long, and it is easy to recur. Dai Yuqin, a famous TCM doctor in Ningxia, studied from famous acupuncturists Zhu Lian and Cheng Xinnong. He is good at using tube acupuncture therapy to treat hysterical aphasia. In clinical practice, he often uses Huantiao acupoint as the main acupoint, with simplified acupoints and unique techniques, and then combines with psychological counseling to treat hysterical aphasia, which has achieved good therapeutic results.
