从“肺脾二统”探讨癌热消方治疗阴虚型癌性发热

摘　　要：癌性发热属中医学“内伤发热”范畴,“肺脾二统”理论出自明代医家汪绮石所著《理虚元鉴》,其中“阴虚之治统于肺”对阴虚型癌性发热治疗具有指导价值。癌热消方为王昊教授多年临床经验积累的经验方,主治癌性发热属阴虚内伤发热、虚劳内热范畴,从清金、养荣、疏邪、润燥等方面发挥治疗作用,对改善癌性发热患者临床症状和生存质量疗效肯定。Neoplastic Fever belongs to the “internal injury fever” of TCM. The theory of “lung and spleen dualism” was proposed in the book of Li Xu Yuan Jian written by Wang Qishi, a doctor in the Ming Dynasty. In the book, “the governance of yin deficiency controls the lungs” has guiding value for the treatment of yin deficiency neoplastic fever. Airexiao Prescription is Professor Wang Hao’s many years of clinical experience accumulation.Indication of neoplastic fever belongs to the category of yin deficiency internal injury fever and deficient consumptive internal heat;therefore, Airexiao Prescription can play a role in clearing heat, nourishing, dispersing pathogenic factors, and moistening, which would have a positive effect on improving clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with neoplastic fever.
