摘　　要：就业在财富生产和初次分配中具有重要的基础性作用,是实现全体人民共同富裕的重要条件。就业量质协调发展的核心是通过就业在结构、安全和可持续性等维度的共生演进,实现就业数量规模和就业质量层次的协同提升。在迈向共同富裕的进程中,就业总量压力与结构性矛盾并存的问题贯穿全局,推动就业量质协调发展是破解矛盾的根本路径。因此,必须紧扣全体人民共同富裕的现代化对就业的新要求,全链条整合就业供给与就业需求,加快建设全国统一就业大市场,建构以“均衡的就业结构、稳健的就业安全、可持续的就业发展”为主要内容的就业量质协调发展的保障体系,推进国家就业治理体系和治理能力现代化。Employment plays an important fundamental role in the production and initial distribution of wealth and is an important condition for achieving common prosperity for all people.The core of the coordinated development of employment quantity and quality is to realize the coordinated improvement of employment quantity,scale and quality through the symbiotic evolution of employment structure,security and sustainability.In the process towards common prosperity,the coexistence of total employment pressure and structural contradictions runs through the whole situation.Promoting the coordinated development of employment quantity and quality is the fundamental way to solve the contradictions.Therefore,it is necessary to closely follow the new requirements of the modernization of common prosperity for all people on employment,integrate employment supply and demand throughout the whole chain,accelerate the construction of a unified national employment market,build a guarantee system for the coordinated development of employment quantity and quality with the main content of "balanced employment structure,stable employment security,and sustainable employment development",and promote the modernization of the national employment governance system and governance capacity.
