摘  要:射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)是近年兴起的一种无线通信技术,具有高效、快速的特点,在车辆身份的识别方面有重要的应用。文章基于雨雾天气下RFID识读性能的下降问题,设计并搭建了一个结合电子、物理车牌的识读系统,验证了雨雾环境对与电子车牌识读距离的影响。采用了一种基于暗通道先验原理的图像去雾算法,通过处理得到的清晰物理车牌辅助电子车牌的识别,准确获取车辆信息,改善了雨雾天气下单一识别系统的性能。Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)is a kind of wireless communication technology which is e-merging gradually in recent years.It has the characteristics of high efficiency and fast speed,and has great ap-plication in the Identification of vehicle identity.Based on the decline of RFID reading performance in rainy and foggy weather,this paper designed and built a reading system combining electronic and physical license plates,and verified the influence of rain and fog on the reading distance from electronic license plates.An improved image defogging algorithm based on dark channel prior principle is selected to help electronic license plate rec-ognition by processing clear physical license plate and accurately obtain vehicle information,so as to improve the shortcomings of single recognition system in rainy and foggy weather.
