摘　　要：文章简单介绍了短期频率稳定度的定义和常用的测试方法,搭建了基于M8010和HP5373A的短期频率稳定度测试系统,设计开发了测试软件,详细介绍了测试过程,给出了实际的测试结果,希望对短期频率稳定度测试人员有一定的借鉴意义。In this paper,the definition and common measurement of short term frequency stability is introduced.The test system consisting of M8010 and HP5373A and the test software are developed,while the test produces and results are given too,hoping to provide references for measurement of short term frequency stability.
