摘　　要：各地正在积极推进农村房地一体权籍调查工作,但不同区域、不同调查方法生产的权籍调查成果难以按统一标准快速开展成果检查和评价,影响了工作进度和成果质量的统一。针对上述问题,本文从检查验收的流程、抽样方法、检查内容、评定指标等方面进行研究,建立了一套房地一体权籍调查成果质量评价方法,为农村房地一体权籍调查成果检查验收提供了解决方案。All regions are actively promoting the ownership survey of rural real estate integration,but according to uniform standards,it is difficult to quickly carry out result checks and evaluation of the ownership survey products in different regions and different survey methods,and affects the work progress and the unilty quality of results.In order to solve these problems,this paper studies the inspection and acceptance process,sampling methods,checking items,evaluation indicators and other aspects,and establishes a quality evaluation method of the ownership survey products of rural real estate integration,which provides a solution to evaluate the ownership survey products of rural real estate integration.
