摘  要:基于POI性质、特点的不同,本文构建了一个融合统计分析法、核密度分析法的城市功能区定量识别模型,有效地识别出了广州市中心四区的功能区类型。利用耦合TF-IDF算法和信息熵算法测算城市功能混合度并进行面积加权,使得城市功能混合度测算更加符合实际情况。研究结果表明:广州市中心城区呈现出混合用地为主的特征,总体混合程度高。混合用地主要分布在研究区中心,单一类型用地零星分布在研究区外围,呈现出显著的“核心-外围”式的圈层化分布格局。城市功能混合度呈现“中心高,四周低”“多中心,组团式”、空间梯度差异显著的分布特征,并且功能混合程度与发展水平有一定正相关关系;功能分区结果与混合密度情况分布较为一致,表明本研究方法可行、研究结果合理。Based on the different properties and characteristics of POI,this paper constructed a quantitative identification model of urban functional areas by integrating statistical analysis method and kernel density analysis method,and effectively identified the types of functional areas in the 4 central districts of Guangzhou.Coupled TF-IDF algorithm and information entropy algorithm are employed to calculate the urban function mixing degree,and the area is weighted to make the urban function mixing degree calculation more in line according to the actual situation.The results show that the central city of Guangzhou presents the characteristics of mixed land use and the overall mixing degree is high.The mixed land is mainly distributed in the center of the study area,and the single type of land is scattered in the periphery of the study area,showing a significant"core periphery"circular distribution pattern.The urban function mixing degree shows the distribution characteristics of"high in the center,low around","multi center,group type"and significant spatial gradient difference,and there is a certain positive correlation between the urban function mixing degree and the development level;The results of functional zoning are consistent with the distribution of mixed density,and shows the research method is feasible and the research results are reasonable.
