摘　　要：对数据存储、数据共享和数据挖掘等多项关键技术进行了研究,在此基础上,构建应急数据库,搭建应急地理信息共享平台,实现分布式应急数据资源共享,把成果应用到应急和地震部门,发挥地理信息技术在应急管理和指挥中的作用,提升应急管理的能力和效率。Based on the research of data storage,data sharing,data mining and other key technologies,this paper constructs emergency database,builds emergency geographic information sharing platform,realizes distributed emergency data resource sharing,applies the results to emergency and seismic departments,plays the role of geological information technology in emergency management and command,and improves the ability and efficiency of emergency management.
