摘 要:学校图书馆员在中小学生成长过程中扮演重要角色,美国学校图书馆员教育起步早、培养体系完善,具有参考价值。基于网络调查法和内容分析法,文章首先对ALA和AASL-CAEP认可的硕士教育项目进行调查。其次,从教育项目认可、学位授予、专业方向和课程设置方面对收集到的数据进行整体性研究。最后,综合考虑两国在基本国情和高等教育管理体制上的差异,国内可从4个方面入手设置学校图书馆员教育:严格学校图书馆员职业准入,激发行业协会功能;依托多元学科门类,扩大专业硕士培养规模;开设针对性的专业方向,实施更加灵活的专业设置;线上线下课程结合常态化,构建全面完备的课程内容。School librarians play a vital role in the growth of primary and secondary school students. Because of its early beginnings and well-established training system,the school librarian education in the United States could provide a valuable reference for that in China. By means of network survey and content analysis,it first makes an investigation of the master-degree education programs accredited by ALA and AASL-CAEP. Then,it conducts a holistic research on the collected data in terms of education accreditation,degree awarding,professional direction and curriculum settings. Finally,in consideration of the differences in the basic national conditions and higher education management systems between the United States and China,it puts forward the following four suggestions for the school librarian education in China:(1) to establish a strict vocational admittance system for school librarians,and stimulate the function of professional associations;(2) to expand the scale of master-degree school librarian education, relying on a diverse range of disciplines;(3) to establish targeted professional directions for school librarian education and implement more flexible professional settings;(4)to combine online and offline courses on a regular basis and build a comprehensive system of courses.
