摘 要:子宫内膜异位症(EMS)是临床上高发的育龄女性疾病,该病的发生给患病女性带来了极大的身心痛苦,但临床上对于该病的研究尚不深入,建立与临床吻合度高的EMS动物模型是其研究的基础。本文以“子宫内膜异位症动物模型”(英文数据库为“endometriosis Animal models”)为主题,设定年限为“2001-2020”,通过对CNKI、万方、维普网、Pubmed、WebofSience数据库过去20年EMS动物模型的分析,归纳出各种造模方法与中、西医临床EMS病证的吻合程度,发现现有动物模型大多是按照西医病因造模,中医证候因素体现较少,且造模方法较临床病因有较大差异,建立符合中西医病证特点的动物模型是目前研究EMS的重点任务。Endometriosis(EMS)is a high incidence disease in women of childbearing age,and this disease causes great physical and mental pain.However,clinical research on this disease is not yet in-depth.The establishment of EMS animal model with the high similarity is the basis of its research.In this paper,endometriosis animal model was selected as the subject and the time range of search was 2001~2020.The information of EMS animal models in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Web of Sience databases were analyzed in the past 20 years,to study the establishment methods of EMS animal models,there was the degree of similarity between these models and human EMS in western medicine and TCM.The results showed that the most existing animal models were similar with human EMS in the western medicine,while they didn’t reflect TCM syndrome,and there were obvious difference in the pathogenic factors of EMS between the human and animals in TCM.The focus of current research on EMS is to establish EMS animal models which can reflect the the characteristics of human EMS in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
