中药化学成分抗肝癌活性及分子机制研究现状

摘　　要：肝癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。最新数据显示,肝癌在我国恶性肿瘤发病率中居第四位,病死率居第二位。由于肝癌发病机制复杂,起病隐匿,大多数患者在确诊时已进入中晚期,可采取的有效全身治疗十分有限。中药因其特有的多靶点、多层次、不良反应少等优势,逐渐成为值得关注的选择。大量研究显示天然、有效、低毒性的中药化学成分在抗肝癌方面存在巨大潜力。本文对国内外中药化学成分抗肝癌的相关文献进行归纳整理,综述中药化学成分通过调节细胞自噬、诱导细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、靶向分子靶点、调节信号通路、诱导肿瘤血管正常化等分子机制从而达到抑制肝癌的作用,为临床治疗肝癌提供新的思路及理论依据。Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignancies in the world.The latest data show that it ranks the fourth in the incidence of malignancies and the second in the fatality rate in China.Due to the complex molecular pathogenesis and insidious onset of liver cancer,most patients have already entered the middle and late stages when they are diagnosed,and there are few effective systemic therapies adopted.Owing to the unique advantages of multi-target,multi-level,and few adverse reactions,Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)has gradually become an alternative therapy worthy of attention.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that natural and effective chemical components in CHM with low toxicity have great potential in resisting liver cancer.Based on the available research papers on chemical components of CHM against liver cancer,this study reviewed the anti-liver cancer effect of chemical components of CHM achieved by regulating cell autophagy,inducing cell apoptosis,blocking cell cycle,targeting molecular targets,mediating signaling pathways,and inducing tumor blood vessel normalization to provide references and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of liver cancer.
