左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统在子宫腺肌症治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析子宫腺肌症患者使用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗的临床疗效。方法选取60例已予促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)皮下注射治疗3个月的子宫腺肌症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组应用地诺孕素片(唯散宁)治疗,试验组应用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(曼月乐)治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组月经量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6个月,两组月经量少于治疗前,试验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫体积及子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组子宫体积减小、子宫内膜厚度降低,试验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率6.67%与对照组16.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组月经量多、经期延长及痛经缓解时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫腺肌症患者采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗,与唯散宁治疗效果相似,具有良好疗效,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system in patients with uterine adenomyosis.Methods 60 patients with adenomyosis who had received subcutaneous injection of gonadotropinreleasing hormone(GnRH)for 3 months were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with dinorgestrel tablets(Virsanine),and the experimental group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system(Mirena).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,menstrual volume in the two groups was less than before treatment,and there was no statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine volume and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and endometrial thickness decreased between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(6.67%)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual volume,prolonged menstruation and dysmenorrhea relief time between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system was used to treat patients with uterine adenomyosis,which has a good effect similar to that of Versanine,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
