补血益母丸联合缩宫素促进产后子宫复旧的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨补血益母丸联合缩宫素治疗产妇产后子宫复旧的临床疗效。方法选取100例经阴道分娩的产妇,采用抽签法将其分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组产妇产后应用缩宫素常规治疗,研究组产妇产后应用补血益母丸联合缩宫素治疗。对比两组产妇临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产时、产后2 h及产后12 h出血量均少于对照组,止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇产后第1天宫高比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后第3、5天,研究组宫高均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇恶心呕吐、心率加快、胸闷及血压升高发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补血益母丸联合缩宫素可加快产妇产后子宫复旧速度,减少出血量,缩短止血时间,并加快产妇的盆底肌功能恢复,不良反应少,疗效显著,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buxue Yimu pills combined with oxytocin on postpartum uterine relapse.Methods 100 cases of vaginal delivery were selected and divided into study group and control group by drawing lots,50 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional postpartum oxytocin,while the study group was treated with Buxue Yimu pill combined with oxytocin.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,higher than that of the control group(68.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood loss during delivery,2 h postpartum and 12 h postpartum in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the time of hemostasis was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the height of the heavenly palace in the first day after delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 5th day postpartum,the uterine height of the research group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting,rapid heart rate,chest tightness and elevated blood pressure in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buxue Yimu pill combined with oxytocin can speed up postpartum uterine rejuvenation,reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the time of hemostasis,and accelerate the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,less adverse reactions,significant effect,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
