300例妇科滴虫性阴道炎患者白带常规检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的探究300例妇科滴虫性阴道炎患者白带常规的检查结果。方法选取300例确诊的滴虫性阴道炎患者,均进行白带常规检查,分析阴道清洁度情况及合并其他阴道炎感染情况。结果300例患者白带常规检查结果显示阴道清洁度情况,其中Ⅰ度患者0例;Ⅱ度患者5例,占比1.67%;Ⅲ度患者64例,占比21.33%;Ⅳ度患者231例,占比77.00%。白带常规检查合并其他阴道炎250例,其中滴虫合并BV感染245例,占比81.67%;滴虫合并念珠球菌感染3例,占比1.00%;滴虫合并BV伴念珠球菌感染2例,占比0.67%。年龄≤20岁有3例患者,占比1.00%;21~30岁有115例患者,占比38.33%;31~40岁有89例患者,占比29.67%;41~50岁有88例患者,占比29.33%;51岁以上有5例患者,占比1.67%。且高发年龄段主要集中在21~30岁。结论滴虫性阴道炎患者滴虫数量和阴道清洁度多数为Ⅳ度,且阴道滴虫数量和阴道清洁度呈正比;同时合并BV感染患者较多,应尤其警惕同时合并BV和念珠球菌感染,此类患者的治疗可进一步进行探究。Objective To explore the routine examination results of 300 patients with gynecological trichomoniasis vaginitis.Methods 300 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis were selected for routine examination of leucorrhea,and vaginal cleanliness and other vaginitis infections were analyzed.Results The routine examination results of 300 patients with leucorrhea showed vaginal cleanliness,including 0 patients with degree Ⅰ;There were 5 patients with degree Ⅱ,accounting for 1.67%;64 patients with Ⅲ degree,accounting for 21.33%;There were 231 patients(77.00%)with grade Ⅳ.There were 250 cases of vaginitis combined with leucorrhea routine examination,among which 245 cases were infected with Trichomonas combined with BV,accounting for 81.67%.3 cases were infected with Trichomonas combined with Candida,accounting for 1.00%.2 cases were infected with Trichomonas combined with BV and Candida,accounting for 0.67%.There were 3 patients aged≤20 years,accounting for 1.00%;There were 115 patients aged 21~30 years,accounting for 38.33%;There were 89 patients aged 31~40 years,accounting for 29.67%;There were 88 patients aged 41~50 years,accounting for 29.33%;There were 5 patients over 51 years old,accounting for 1.67%.And the high incidence age is mainly concentrated in 21~30 years old.Conclusion The number of trichomonas and vaginal cleanliness in patients with trichomonas vaginitis were mostly Ⅳ degree,and the number of trichomonas was proportional to vaginal cleanliness.At the same time,there are many patients with BV infection,so we should be especially vigilant about the combination of BV and candida infection.The treatment of such patients can be further explored.
