瓜石汤治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的研究

摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全是妇科常见多发疾病,其内涵与中医的“血枯经闭”相似,主要病机为二阳之病导致太冲脉衰少,二阳之病的病机关键为胃津亏虚、郁火灼津、湿痰内阻。刘奉五先生针对此种病机创立了瓜石汤,用于治疗早发性卵巢功能减退导致的闭经。Being a common and frequently-occurring gynecological disease,premature ovarian insufficiency is similar to amenorrhea due to blood depletion in traditional Chinese medicine.It mainly results from deficiency in taichong meridian caused by two-yang diseases,with the key mechanism being deficiency of stomach fluid,stagnant fire burning fluid,and internal obstruction of damp phlegm.Mr.Liu Fengwu developed Guashi decoction for this pathogenesis to treat amenorrhea caused by premature ovarian insufficiency.
