综合性护理干预对体外受精-胚胎移植超重及肥胖不孕症患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)超重及肥胖不孕症患者进行综合性护理干预的应用效果。方法选取120例IVF-ET超重及肥胖不孕症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合性护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组体质量指数(BMI)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组BMI指标低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度96.67%高于对照组的86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IVF-ET超重及肥胖不孕症患者应用综合性护理干预,可改善患者负性情绪,降低BMI,提高患者的护理满意度,具有推广价值。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for overweight and obese infertile patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods 120 IVF-ET overweight and obese infertility patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score and SDS score of 2 groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in body mass index(BMI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,BMI index of both groups was lower than before nursing,and observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67% higher than 86.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention for overweight and obese infertility patients with IVF-ET can improve patients'negative emotions,reduce BMI and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which has popularization value.
