摘　　要：目的:分析不同X线摄片投照体位在新生儿气腹诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性收集广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院2016年8月—2021年10月收治的263例新生儿气腹患儿,给予患儿X线摄片检查,对患儿气腹进行诊断,明确不同X线摄片对新生儿气腹诊断的价值。结果:腹部立位片123例能够确诊,床旁腹部仰卧前后位140例患儿中,腹部仰卧前后位94例中不需要加照其他体位即可直接确诊,26例需要加照水平投照位方可确诊。结论:腹部立位片较床旁腹部平片能提高气腹的检出率;床旁摄片时,加水平投照位能提高气腹的检出率,对临床医师诊治气腹时合理选择检查方法有积极指导作用。Objective To analyze the application value of different X-ray projection positions in the diagnosis of pneumoperitoneum in neonates.Methods From August 2016 to October 2021,263 neonates with pneumoperitoneum were retrospectively collected.X-ray examination was performed to diagnose pneumoperitoneum in the neonates,and the value of different X-ray films in the diagnosis of pneumoperitoneum in the neonates was determined.Results The diagnosis was confirmed in 123 cases with abdominal standing position,and in 140 cases with abdominal supine position at the bedside,94 cases with abdominal supine position could be confirmed directly without any other position,and 26 cases could be confirmed with horizontal projection position.Conclusion Abdominal position radiography can improve the detection rate of pneumoperitoneum compared with bedside abdominal plain radiography.In bedside photography,horizontal projection can improve the detection rate of pneumoperitoneum,and it has a positive role in guiding clinicians to choose reasonable examination methods for pneumoperitoneum diagnosis and treatment.
