摘　　要：目的:探讨CT联合MRI在陈旧性脑梗死相关脑皮质层状坏死诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年9月沛县人民医院及丰县人民医院收治的80例陈旧性脑梗死相关脑皮质层状坏死患者,所有患者均行CT及MRI检查,以联合影像学检查及临床随访做出的最终诊断结果为标准,比较CT及MRI检查层状坏死病灶检出率的差异。结果:MRI对病灶的总体检出率高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI对单脑叶或小面积脑梗死病灶的检出率高于CT检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于多脑叶或大面积脑梗死(n=52),MRI及CT均能检测出层状坏死病灶,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT联合MRI可较为全面评估陈旧性脑梗死相关的脑皮质层状坏死,值得应用。Objective To explore the application value of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of cortical laminar necrosis associated with old cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with CLN associated with old cerebral infarction of Peixian People's Hospital and Fengxian People's Hospital admitted from May 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations.Taken as the standard by the final diagnosis results of combined imaging examination and clinical follow-up,the differences between CT and MRI in the detection rate of CLN were evaluated.Results The overall detection rate of the lesions by MRI was higher than that by CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For single lobe or small area cerebral infarction,the detection rate of MRI was higher than that of CT examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For multi-lobe or large area cerebral infarction(n=52),both MRI and CT could detect the lesions,with no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion CT combined with MRI can comprehensively evaluate the cortical laminar necrosis associated with old cerebral infarction,which is worthy of application.
